I'm Regina, and I’m passionate about gastronomy and pastry. With my husband, we created Chez Hollmann Patisserie to transform every sweet and savory bite into an unforgettable moment.
We prepare handcrafted cakes, desserts and savory treats with care, quality and creativity, designed to delight all your senses.
Located in Aylmer, Gatineau, we invite you to discover our delicacies and fall in love with the art of artisanal pastries.
